At Begin Again Yoga, we believe movement should meet you where you are—not where you think you should be.

Your body, energy, and capacity changes. Your practice can, too.

Acknowledge. Surrender. Transform. Begin Again.

Our name comes from the idea that beginning again isn't something reserved for life's big turning points. We have the opportunity to do it every day, in every practice, with every breath.

One posture captures this for us: Pārśva Śavāsana (Side Corpse Pose), the fetal position, the pose for new beginnings. It is a shape we knew before we were born and one we instinctively return to for comfort. At the end of practice, it offers a moment to pause before getting back up—a reminder that no matter what brought us here, we can take the next step forward and begin again.

We aren't here to chase the "perfect" pose or push our bodies toward pain. We practice listening—to our breath, our bodies, our energy, and what we need today. Sometimes that means going deeper, and sometimes it means doing less.

We all need a balance of movement and stillness.

Begin Again is a place where you can move, rest, explore, connect, and build a positive relationship with your body that will sustain you for years to come.

Here, there is no pressure to become someone else.

Our hope is that through this community you will come home to yourself.

Welcome to Begin Again Yoga.
